Jan obtained her A.B. in American Studies, cum laude, from Occidental College and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she was on the Dean’s List and the Law Review staff. She has completed the Esperti-Peterson Institute’s “Advanced Studies for Wealth and Estate Planning” and the Southern California Institute’s “Laureate in Wealth Strategies” program. She became a Certified Practice Advisor with Atticus, Inc. in 2010, where she coached successful lawyers before returning to legal practice.

Personal Life
Outside of her work, Jan enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband, Louis Steinhauer, in Pasadena; and she pursues a variety of interests that keep her active and engaged. She is an avid bicycle rider and has impressively completed a double century, cycling 200 miles within 24 hours. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling—activities that allow her to relax and explore new horizons. Her diverse interests and hobbies reflect her dynamic personality and zest for life.
